Open Question: 5TH Earth, What exactly is it, and is it to late to prepare?

I have recently became very interested in AP, and meditation. As soon as I heard about these, I came across " 5th Earth". What exactly is it, who will make it, and is it too late for me to start preparing? (I'm just learning how to mediate and AP) I also have just heard about the Indingo people. I'm 18. I have almost all of their characteristics except maybe 2 or 3. Are they going to make it there? I think it's a sign that I "might" make it because all of this hit me suddenly. I feel like I "have" to AP, and meditate. And I found out about all of this in the same week, and I have a really strong urge to prepare, and exercise my abilities. PLZ help me, PEACE

Hello, Incense making questions !?
Hello, I am a 15 year old girl who loves spirituality. Please, serious questions!

I am interested into making my own incense for my family when we do spiritual meditation. I have bookmarked a few sites about the history and how to make incense but I need you guys' help.

Ingredients: Are there any local commercial stores that sell spices, herbs and the like. Such as thyme, Jasmine, Anise and the like?

Incense burners : I'm aware that some incense burners need to use ash to insulate the incense, but I wondering how I would do it? Do I fill th ebottom of the incense burner with ash then place the incense ontop?

What type of notes would be the best for spirituality, physic, elemental and divine?

And other facts you gurus know, please inform below. Thanks!
