Graham Hancock's "Quest For The Lost Civilization" **FULL MOVIE**

Graham Hancock's "Quest For The Lost Civilization" (1998) Heaven's Mirror (50 min.) bit.ly Forgotten Knowledge (50 min.) bit.ly Ancient Mariners (50 min.) bit.ly In this set of three videotapes, writer Graham Hancock traverses the world and explains his controversial theory that an ancient civilization, highly intelligent people who sailed the planet as early as 10500 BC, spread advanced astronomical knowledge and built ancient observatories. Skeptics may scoff, but Hancock earnestly points out similarities in giant stone structures in the Egyptian desert and Cambodian jungles, and on Easter Island and in Micronesia, he points out what he considers evidence of an ancient society of seafarers. His ideas may seem utterly bizarre at first, but Hancock presents them in an understated and good-natured manner, and he also makes clever use of computer graphics and aerial photography to illustrate the startling similarities in ancient structures found from the North Atlantic to the South Pacific. Hancock raises some puzzling questions, and even if you don't buy his arguments, bolstered though they are by mathematical equations and astronomical diagrams, the Quest for the Lost Civilization is an entertaining mixture of archaeology, astronomy, and speculation. Open Question: Do i need to take medications? I had depression 5 years back.?

I had depression 5 years back, I was in medication , First - 3 months ,I felt better. Again got a issue after 6months - took medicines for 2 months. I felt better. After 1 year I got issue and again took medicines.
After that almost 3-4 years i didnt take medications at all. I felt no issues.
But in the recent times i am feeling some strange feeelings. Some thoughts repeats in my mind over and over. This especially happens when my mind is fresh and over active. If I am sleepy i am feeling better.
Thoughts without my intervention automatically repeats Like how it happened during my depression time. Even I try to stop, it takes some time and then only stops. Still I am under control .But some times felt anxious and tensed. Do I need to take the medications again?
Actually I dont want to take medicines...Instead I am trying to cotrol with exercises and meditations. But After exercise my mind is over active and it tends to cause the issue.
I am currenlty 35 years old. This kind of thougths are normal?. Please suggest.
