I've heard these are common anxiety techniques to calm yourself:

1.) Deep breathing.
2.) Singing.
3.) Mind distractions.
4.) Meditation.
5.) Yoga.
6.) Listening to music.
7.) Taking remedies such as Rescue Remedy and Kalms.

Any others and/or are these correct? I've been suffering from IBS and not been to college for 5 months. Nervous to go back so trying to calm myself down :]
